Pak-China Vocational Training Initiative
Technological up gradation of Vocational institutes in Pakistan with Chinese assistance would prove to be a milestone in empowering Pakistani Labor force. Mr.Chen Chang Jinn, Chairman and President of the University asserted that his team will come with sound proposals to initiate vocational training institutes in Pakistan that would particularly impart training in the market driven industrial ambits.
Currently the university has 43 vocational schools in China and has chains all over the world. University aims to overcome the Digital divide especially between the Asian countries. In Asia all industrial sectors should share common industrial technology and technical knowledge.
Countries in Asia are recalibrating their growth models to consolidate their positions in the global economy, in this economic shift, availability of highly skilled and technically qualified human resource base will prove to be a crucial determinant of success. In their quest to gain market shares in higher-order manufacturing and services, governments and other stakeholders are paying close attention to developing the requisite technical and scientific capabilities.
Human work force is the greatest asset of Pakistan that could be employed in international markets after appropriate training. In this way Pakistan could earn a huge amount of foreign exchange which can revolutionize the current economic map.
Afterwards the Chinese vocational institutes could be converted into the ramification of Qingdao Heneixing University of Science and technology where Pakistani labor force could get training and latest technical facilities under one roof.
